Who we are

Future Music Collective operates Battle Sphere Arena, a virtual-reality game distributed on the Meta Horizon Store, and the website at https://futuremusic.online. We also publish other Horizon Store apps, including Blockbuilder. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Battle Sphere Arena on Meta Quest

Battle Sphere Arena is a native Quest application. It is sold only through the Meta Horizon Store. Digital content and functionality in the Quest app are not sold on this website and are not unlocked by any payment processor other than Meta.

• The app does not require a Future Music Collective account.
• The app does not show ads and does not include third-party advertising SDKs from us.
• Progress, settings, and save data stay on your headset unless you choose to export a file or send it to us.
• We do not process in-app payments inside Battle Sphere Arena. If you buy the app or any in-app digital items, Meta processes that purchase under Meta’s terms and privacy policy.
• The app does not load futuremusic.online in order to play.

What data we collect

From the Battle Sphere Arena Quest app itself, we do not collect personal information. Headset, store, and platform telemetry for a Horizon Store install is handled by Meta, not by us.

If you use the website or contact us, we collect only what we need to run those services:

• Account data if you register on the website: name or display name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your raw password.
• Website order data if you buy physical merch or other website-only products: items, amounts, and fulfillment details. Card numbers for those website orders are processed by our website payment processor. We do not see or store full payment-card numbers. Website orders are not a way to buy Battle Sphere Arena for Quest.
• Contact messages you send through our contact form: name, email, subject, and message body.
• Cookies and similar storage used to keep you logged in or remember a merch cart on the website.
• Technical logs when you load our website pages: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser or headset user-agent. These are ordinary web-server logs.
• Advertising data on some website pages (not inside the Quest app): Google AdSense and similar partners may set cookies and collect device identifiers as described in their own policies.

How we use data

• To operate, secure, and improve the website and Battle Sphere Arena.
• To create and maintain your account if you register on the website.
• To fulfill website merch orders and send receipts for those website orders.
• To answer messages you send us, including privacy and deletion requests.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Battle Sphere Arena save files for advertising.

Who else sees data

• Hosting and delivery for futuremusic.online (currently Google Cloud Run and related infrastructure).
• Website payment processing for merch and other website-only orders. This is not used to sell Battle Sphere Arena on Quest.
• Email delivery to receive contact-form messages.
• Meta if you install Battle Sphere Arena (or another of our apps, including Blockbuilder) from the Meta Horizon Store. Meta’s platform policies and privacy policy apply to your Meta account, headset telemetry, and store purchases.
• Advertising partners on some website pages, as noted above. The Quest app does not include those partners.

How long we keep data

Website account and order records are kept while the account is open and for a limited period afterward as needed for accounting, chargebacks, and legal requirements. Server logs are rotated on a routine schedule. Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and follow up. Local Battle Sphere Arena saves remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

How to request deletion of your data

You may request that we delete personal data we have collected or stored about you. To do that:

1. Open https://futuremusic.online/contact.
2. Send a message that includes the email you used with us, the app name if relevant (Battle Sphere Arena), and the words “delete my data” or “privacy deletion request.”
3. We will confirm and delete account records, contact messages, and other personal data we control, except information we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons (for example, a paid website invoice).

You can delete locally stored Battle Sphere Arena data yourself by clearing the app’s data on the headset or uninstalling Battle Sphere Arena. Horizon Store purchase history is controlled by Meta. If you have a website account, the same contact request can close the account.

Children

The website and Battle Sphere Arena are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us using the deletion steps above and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or Battle Sphere Arena after an update means you have read the revised policy.
