Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026. These terms govern use of futuremusic.online and the Blockbuild app published by Future Music Collective (Fox Parton).
Agreement
By using this website, creating an account, buying merch or a game unlock, or installing Blockbuild from the Meta Horizon Store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.
The services
Future Music Collective provides a website for music, merch, advocacy, and browser games, and a virtual-reality brick workshop called Blockbuild. Features can change. Some website pages are free; some purchases (including the browser unlock of Blockbuild) are paid through Stripe. The Quest edition of Blockbuild is sold through the Meta Horizon Store and is subject to Meta’s terms in addition to these.
Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for the email and password you use on this site. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Paid unlocks for the browser version of Blockbuild are licensed to you for personal use on this site; they are not a transfer of ownership of the software. Horizon Store refunds and billing disputes for the Quest app are handled under Meta’s store policies.
License to Blockbuild
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blockbuild for entertainment. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or wrap the app as your own product. You may take screenshots and video of your own play for personal or promotional use that does not suggest we endorse a third party.
Your builds
Brick maps and other content you create in Blockbuild belong to you. They are stored on your device unless you choose to send them to us. If you submit builds, screenshots, or feedback to us, you give Future Music Collective a non-exclusive license to use that material to operate, fix, and promote Blockbuild. Do not build or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that violates Meta’s Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape in an abusive way, or attempt to break the site or app. Do not impersonate us. Do not use the services to harass others. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Disclaimer
The website, music, games, and Blockbuild are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. VR use can cause discomfort; stop playing if you feel unwell and follow Meta’s health and safety guidance for your headset.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Music Collective and Fox Parton are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from use of the site or Blockbuild. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product at issue in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid us nothing.
