Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026. These terms govern use of futuremusic.online and the Meta Horizon Store application Battle Sphere Arena published by Future Music Collective (Fox Parton).
Agreement
By using this website, creating an account, buying merch, or installing Battle Sphere Arena from the Meta Horizon Store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.
The services
Future Music Collective provides a website for music, merch, advocacy, and browser games, and the Meta Horizon Store application Battle Sphere Arena. Features can change. Some website pages are free. Physical merch and other website-only products may be sold on the website. Battle Sphere Arena on Quest is sold only through the Meta Horizon Store and is subject to Meta’s terms in addition to these. Digital content and functionality for the Quest app are not sold on this website.
Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for the email and password you use on this site. Website merch orders are processed by our website payment processor. They do not unlock Battle Sphere Arena on Quest. Horizon Store refunds and billing disputes for the Quest app are handled under Meta’s store policies.
License to Battle Sphere Arena
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Battle Sphere Arena for entertainment, as provided through the Meta Horizon Store. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or wrap the app as your own product. You may take screenshots and video of your own play for personal or promotional use that does not suggest we endorse a third party.
Your play data
Saves and other content you create in Battle Sphere Arena belong to you. They are stored on your device unless you choose to send them to us. If you submit screenshots, clips, or feedback to us, you give Future Music Collective a non-exclusive license to use that material to operate, fix, and promote Battle Sphere Arena. Do not share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that violates Meta’s Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape in an abusive way, or attempt to break the site or app. Do not impersonate us. Do not use the services to harass others. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Disclaimer
The website, music, games, and Battle Sphere Arena are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. VR use can cause discomfort; stop playing if you feel unwell and follow Meta’s health and safety guidance for your headset.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Music Collective and Fox Parton are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from use of the site or Battle Sphere Arena. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product at issue in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid us nothing.
