About Nature Terrarium

Nature Terrarium is a quiet HTML5 sandbox: a roster of birds, speed control, pause, and an immortal toggle if you would rather watch than manage deaths.

It is a toy rather than a high-score game. Sessions can persist through the site’s terrarium save API when a session token is present.

Use fullscreen if you want the canvas to fill the monitor; the embed on this page is enough for a quick look.

How to play

Load the embed or open fullscreen.
Press a bird button (Robin, Blue Jay, Cardinal) to spawn.
Drag game speed, pause, or enable Immortal Birds from the top-right panel.
Leave it running as ambient motion, or refresh to reset the population.
